Exchanges and refunds

At Mama Cocon, every order is carefully prepared. However, here are some exceptions where a solution may be offered:

• Missing product in your order : we will ship the missing item to you at our expense.

• Product damaged upon receipt : we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

• Allergic reaction : a credit of the same value will be granted to you in the form of a promotional code, to be used during a future online purchase.

Note: No exchanges or refunds are offered outside of these situations.
